Here you you will find answers to some basic queries and questions that as a user of Financial-Clarity you may have. We have tried to make this section as useful and informative as possible. How do you collect your data?

Launched in 2010, the product is powered by a secure data hub which now contains over 90% of the sales transaction data from Fund Management Groups, Life & Pension companies and Wraps & Platforms. Contributing firms are able to benchmark their performance and gain a unique level of insight into their retail sales, marketing and distribution activities across the whole of the UK financial services marketplace.

I have forgotten my password

If you have lost your password we can easily send you a new one, just click on “Lost you details” and enter your username. 

 

If you enter the wrong password 3 times your account will be locked for security reasons and the account can only be unlocked by the Financial-Clarity support team.

For security reasons you can only be logged into one computer at a time.  You should always logout of the website rather than closing the browser.  Otherwise you may receive an “Account in use” message if you attempt to log back in shortly afterwards.

How do I change my password?

To change your password you must first login and then click on “change password” which is displayed under the login bar.
