Here you you will find answers to most of the queries and questions that as a user of Mortgage-Clarity you may have. We have tried to make this section as thorough and informative as possible. How do you collect your data?

At present all UK mortgage lenders provide Product Sales Data (PSD) - which contains information about every new mortgage they create - to the FSA on a regular basis. CML Members, representing over 95% of the regulated mortgage market, also provide this same information to the CML, under the auspices of the Regulated Mortgage Survey (RMS).

Matrix Solutions has collected, aggregated and analysed RMS data for the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) since 1st January 2011.

Members providing RMS data can access, free of charge, a series of reports based on aggregate RMS data, available to download from the membership area of the CML website. In addition, Matrix has launched a range of value added services in conjunction with the CML under the Mortgage-Clarity brand,which has been available since January 2011

I have forgotten my password

If you have lost your password we can easily send you a new one, just click on “Lost you details” and enter your username. 

 

If you enter the wrong password 3 times your account will be locked for security reasons and the account can only be unlocked by the Mortgage-Clarity support team.

For security reasons you can only be logged into one computer at a time.  You should always logout of the website rather than closing the browser.  Otherwise you may receive an “Account in use” message if you attempt to log back in shortly afterwards.

How do I change my password?

To change your password you must first login and then click on “change password” which is displayed under the login bar.
