Our brands
To coincide with the move to our new offices in May 2010, Matrix Solutions has
relaunched with a fresh new look and feel. We've overhauled all of our product
literature, launched this new website and unveiled a new brand campaign in the
trade press. We now have a master brand and series of sub-brands that are all
consistent with our overall endline "Inside Intelligence".



Our advertising
1. CPR
At Matrix Solutions, we've recently transformed our data audit process to make
it more focused on our clients' key objectives. The whole purpose of a data
audit is to show marketing personnel how poor customer data will kill off any
marketing activity they are planning.
The CPR campaign brings this idea
to life by adopting the iconic imagery of a heart rate monitor. The play on the
actual meaning of the widely-known acronym CPR (which in Matrix terms means 'Confirmed Positive Response') helps to demonstrate how our resuscitation
services can breathe life back into your dying email campaigns. Please click on

2. Changing faces
MyLocalAdviser.co.uk, our independently run website to help members of the public locate financial advisers in their local area, is our mouthpiece to connect with the IFA community. We recently ran a research survey to IFAs which received over 350 responses - an indication of the kinds of excellent response rates we command.
We've now broadened our relationship with IFAs so that in addition to offering them free listings on the website, we now have a bespoke IFA data audit service to help them improve their relationship with their clients, and to help them locate other valuable clients like them in their own region.
Changing faces brings this thought to life by portraying a partial, pixellated face and suggesting that this may be all that IFAs see of their clients, if their own client contact data is poor or out of date. We propose a series of measures that not only enhance their views of their clients, but also find them other individuals who most closely resemble their highest value clients. 3. Imagine If
This is our new brand campaign that shows a series of vignettes to promote the value of our database and analytics tools. We play on the idea that having all 50,000 IFAs living at one address would make marketing much simpler, that address being matrixsolutions.co.uk. We also examine the idea that IFAs could tell you everything you needed to know about them, in the form of a typical post-it note left on the fridge. Finally we explore the idea that our analytics tools point you to the most profitable directions to help you maximise the ROI of your campaigns. Please click on the right to see the advert.
