What does it involve?
Eliciting and understanding customer business requirements, and translating these into technical form, then project managing the implementation of our solutions in order to deliver value.

What do you most enjoy about your job?
The challenge of working with experts from within the financial services and gaining knowledge of a broad and complex field.

And least enjoy?
The traffic on Euston Road, which I have to avoid on my cycle to work!

What's the best journey you've taken?
The Dunwich Dynamo last July, an overnight non-supported 120 mile cycle ride from London to Dunwich (near Southwold) ending in a 7 am dip in the sea. The combination of sleep deprivation, exhaustion, adrenaline, flashing lights and 100’s of cyclists, some speeding past, others asleep at the side of the road, is like nothing I’ve ever experienced or seen before.

What gadget does the world need?
It needs the incorporating of an old gadget, the key fob which beeps when you whistle, into all small consumer electronic devices (like mobile phones) but updated to be matched to their owners voice pattern, so we wouldn’t spend hours of our lives trying to locate them every time we forget where we’ve put them down (in my case this could be days/weeks of my life not hours).
