What does your job involve?
I will be on rotation between the departments to learn how the business operates, to develop and gain experience of working in this sector.

What do you most enjoy about your job?
As a very recent addition to the Matrix Solutions team I have little experience with my role. I am looking forward to improving my knowledge of the business intelligence sector and meeting new people.

What is the most challenging aspect of it?
Remembering everyone’s names!

Outgoing, hardworking, fun

What's the best journey you've taken?
Travelling around Europe with friends for a month when I was aged 18. We would drive until we found somewhere we liked to stay. We had no real journey plan. What a month!

What gadget does the world need?
A double dishwasher, one side for clean and the other side for dirty dishes. No need for kitchen cupboards or emptying the dishwasher ever again!
