Where were you working before you started Matrix Solutions and what was your role?
I was a senior software developer at a software company called DataMirror.

Why did you decide to join Matrix Solutions?
They made me an offer I couldn’t refuse.

Which historical figure do you most admire and why?
Paulo Rossi – he was a major factor for Italy’s 1982 World Cup win, including scoring a hat-trick against Brazil! Happy days.

What uninvented gadget does the world need?
Teleportation – if you have to travel on London underground on a daily basis, you’d understand.

What is your favourite journey?
Travelling on the RV1 over Tower Bridge.
