What does your job involve?
As a Business Analyst, I liaise with clients to understand and document their requirements, then work as a Project Manager to ensure those objectives are met.

What do you most enjoy about your job?
The opportunity to span both technical and commercial engagement with our clients, and to ensure the solutions are both of the highest calibre and meet the business’ requirements.

What is the most challenging aspect of it?
Working near the gadget shops of Tottenham Court Road is dangerous to my wallet.

Inquisitive, reliable, tall and innumerate.

What's the best journey you've taken?
Swimming in the Nile (I’m counting it as a journey), trying not to swallow too much water!

What uninvented gadget does the world need?
Earphones which are integrated into a phone. People who have a mobile generally carry it with them all the time, some people put music on their phone instead of a MP3 player, but you have to carry the headphones with you if you plan to listen to something. If the system to get music into the users’ ears was built into the phone, then they would always be available. Plus, no one would ever need to play music out loud on public transport!
