What does your job involve?
I look after Matrix Solutions customer services and support. This includes managing the way in which we build and maintain customer relationships during the course of a project.

What do you most enjoy about your job?
The variety of solutions and challenges we encounter every day.

What is the most challenging aspect of it?
Meeting tight deadlines and goals whilst being compliant to customer expectations and promises.

What's the best journey you've taken?
Being at the helm of a 29ft yacht across the Mozambique channel towards Madagascar crossing the South Equatorial current in a force 9 gale. I have never been so excited, scared and at peace in my life.

What uninvented gadget does the world need?
A compact teleportation device enabling us to enjoy more time with family/friends cutting time travelling for instance between work and home.
