What does your job involve?
I look after the customer-facing aspects of delivering our software and services – Account Management (non-sales), Customer Services and Product Management. Operations ensures that our software and services are delivered effectively and efficiently.

What do you most enjoy about your job?
Happy customers, kaizen (the principle of continuous improvement within the company), and the feeling that we’re delivering really innovative solutions to companies that are taking the market by storm.

What is the most challenging aspect of it?
The constant juggling of priorities between clients, products and sales opportunities.

What's the best journey you've taken?
From Minneapolis to San Francisco. Aged 19. 7 days of some of the best sights nature has to offer – the big sky and prairie of South Dakota, Badlands, Yellowstone, Great Salt Lake and the salt flats, Yosemite and a drive along the Pacific Ocean.

What uninvented gadget does the world need?
It’s either already invented, or the world doesn’t need it. Whilst there’s always got to be a first mover, I’m a bit of a believer that most “gaps in the market” are found in markets that don’t exist...
