I oversee the management, growth and strategy of the business.

What do you most enjoy about your job?
Redefining how the industry looks at its product distribution. The intelligent use of customer and channel information to improve the sales, marketing and analytical machinery of the financial services and ICT industries is a fantastic challenge. Using insight and analysis to give our clients a competitive edge.

What is the most challenging aspect of it?
The status quo – there are always better ways of doing things in any industry. The challenge for us is helping firms see that change is a good thing and then delivering on our promise.

What's the best journey you've taken?
22 months on a yacht round the North and South Atlantic.

What uninvented gadget does the world need?
A golf ball you can never lose, always flies in a straight line, does what it’s told, and always goes in the hole. Only one allowed for my personal use!
