What does your job involve?
I am part of the admin team. In this support role I provide general admin support to the accounts, marketing and sales team. My role involves covering reception, writing cheques, authorising invoices and managing the petty cash and Amex accounts.

What do you most enjoy about your job?
Greeting everyone as they enter/leave reception. People speak to you more if you are working on reception and I like being the first person people see.

What is the most challenging aspect of it?
Trying to make the same phrase you have said on the phone a million times sound interesting, original and fresh!

What's the best journey you've taken?
A five hour train journey up to Cumbria from London. I have some family up there. Quite dorky I know but every time I go up there I get really excited about the long train journey. Very slowly the air gets fresher, there is more greenery and lots of animals to pick out in fields on the way! Oh look a horse! Oh look a cow! Oh look a sheep! ... I’m sure I’m pretty annoying to sit next to!

What gadget does the world need?
Bernard’s Watch. Don’t know if anyone ever saw it but it was a children’s TV programme about a boy who had a magic pocket watch that stopped time. He could use it to wake up a minute before he needed to be at school then use the watch to stop time, get ready, walk to school and then start time again – he was never late! Wish I could do that for work!
