What does your job involve?
I’m responsible for ensuring that all of our suppliers are remunerated within their contractual terms as well as supporting the overall financial structure of the company. This ranges from Treasury-based decisions regarding our assets and cash-flows, as well as budget forecasting and all aspects of financial accounting.

What do you most enjoy about your job?
The opportunity to increase the financial effectiveness of the whole company by making strategic and tactical financial decisions that improve our overall financial stability.

What is the most challenging aspect of it?
Year end in March - a huge amount of auditing and financial assessment needs to happen within a very small time window.

What's the best journey you've taken?
Ianappa 2009 - Whilst not the best or most memorable in itself, it woke me up to my actual aspirations and direction in life. Journeys that bring about self-awareness can be hugely fulfilling.

What uninvented gadget does the world need?
An auto-auditor. I'd like to just scan the invoices and financial statements and for them all to add up neatly on a master spreadsheet.
