Matrix and CML win runner up prize in Best Use of FastStats 2010 Awards - 18th November 2010

At Apteco’s Best use of FastStats 2010 Awards Matrix and the CML won a commended runner up prize for a paper which looks at how FastStats can be used to influence government policy in the mortgage market.

The paper explores how the CML were able to challenge key assumptions made in proposals for new mortgage market regulation using FastStats. The CML’s analysis and response to the FSAs suggested mortgage market review are instrumental in forming the future of mortgage regulation in the UK.
